Delete your Snapshare account
How to request deletion
- Email hello@snapshare.ai from the email address registered to your Snapshare account.
- Use the subject line “Delete my account”.
- We'll verify that you own the account and confirm by email. Your account is deleted within 30 days of verification.

Deletion is permanent and irreversible. You won't be able to sign in or recover deleted content, so download and back up anything you need before sending your request.
What we delete
- Your profile: name, email address, phone number and social handles
- Uploaded photos and videos, created galleries, delivered client galleries and client selections
- Events, Workspace data (jobs, contacts, quotes, documents) and other account-related content
- Device identifiers and notification tokens
- All active subscription plans are cancelled
What we keep, and for how long
- Invoices and payment records, for 8 years as required by tax and financial regulations, then deleted
